• All prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise stated

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary

We accept payments via:
• VNPay
• Bank transfer (where applicable)

All payments must be completed before order processing.

• We currently deliver within Vietnam
• Delivery times may vary depending on location
 • KoalaCare is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services

7. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products only
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
 • Refunds or replacements will be processed after review

8. Limitation of Liability

KoalaCare is not liable for:
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Delays beyond our control
 • Misuse of products
